Choose Your Own Data-Analytic Adventure

We are measuring anxiety using the Modified Yale Perioperative Anxiety Scale (MYPAS). The MYPAS is a behavioral/observational measure. Pediatric patients will be rated (by raters who are blind to the research hypotheses) based on five criteria, in the last five minutes of their pre-induction wait. Each patient will get a score from 23 (not apparently anxious) to 100 (extremely anxious).

You reply, after noting that the predictor variable is dichotomous:
"It sounds like your outcome variable (MYPAS) is dichotomous."
or
"It sounds like your outcome variable (MYPAS) is polychotomous."
or
"It sounds like your outcome variable (MYPAS) is continuous."
